What are the possible side effects of Generic Xenical?

The most common side effects of Generic Xenical® include oily spotting from bowel, flatus with discharge, fecal urgency, fatty/oily stool, oily evacuation, increased defecation, and fecal incontinence. In clinical trials, these side effects were mild and decreased as the patient continues treatment. These effects will be more common if Generic Xenical® is taken with high-fat meals.
